Food Truck Tuesday has been delighting our taste buds for over a decade at Park Street. This event makes it much awaited return starting March 18 from 5-8pm. Food Truck Tuesday happens the third Tuesday of every month with a constantly rotating roster of food trucks. This event is known for bringing in and prioritizing local food trucks that showcase diverse and ethnic foods from around the world. Trucks offer up appetizers, main dishes, side dishes and desserts, including kid-friendly menus. Entertainment is also provided to enhance the event and ensure a night of community fun. 

Proceeds from each Food Truck Tuesday benefits various local non-profit organizations. Beneficiary and Food Truck applications are now open through February 14, 2025. We ask that everyone be patient with our team as we review applications during this time. We are very excited to see what the 2025 year will bring and can’t wait for you to join us! Beneficiary Information & Application

Becoming a beneficiary is a great way to expose your non-profit organization, gain awareness for your cause, highlight the benefits to the community, and much more! 

Beneficiaries are invited to attend Food Truck Tuesday with table/tent to promote their cause, and are given a donation of $500 to their organization. We also ask that beneficiaries provide the entertainment for the date they attend. We look forward to hearing from you!

Food Truck Vendor Information & Application

We invite local food trucks to fill out the application below to be considered for our Food Truck Tuesday vendor spots. Local Palm Coast and Flagler County food trucks will be prioritized, and once selected we will confirm the dates as we rotate trucks each month. There is a small fee per month to participate. Participating trucks must obtain their Local Business Tax Receipt, which can be found here

Participants and site locations will be selected on a “First Come, First Serve Basis” and space is very limited. Designated participant parking will be provided. Please be advised that the Division of Hotel and Restaurants will or may be on-site to conduct inspections and issue permits.
