All City of Palm Coast offices at City Hall will be closed on Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day. The city wants to welcome all residents to join us for United Flagler Fourth, a multi-municipal effort that will kick off the day in Flagler Beach with the Stars and Stripes Parade and conclude at the Flagler County Executive Airport with Fabulous Fireworks Over the Runways. The City of Palm Coast will close Bird of Paradise Drive between Bidding Place and Biscayne Drive on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, between the hours 7am and 7pm, and will subsequently close Bird of Paradise Drive at Matanzas Woods Parkway on Thursday July 2, also between the hours of 7am and 7pm.

The City of Palm Coast announces that both the large and small dog park areas at Lehigh Trailhead will be temporarily closed from June 29 through July 2 for preventative maintenance and new sod installation.

The City of Palm Coast will begin the Palm Coast Parkway Resurfacing Project on the evening of Sunday, June 28. This project will include the complete milling and resurfacing of Palm Coast Parkway from US-1 to Hammock Beach Bridge, as well as the extension of two turn lanes, which will be located at the intersections of Pine Lakes Parkway and Bridgehaven Drive.
