The Palm Coast Fire Department will mark the return of its long-standing Hall of Terror event this Halloween season, as it makes its return to Fire Station 21 on Friday 30, and Saturday, October 31. This year’s theme will be a return to cinematic horror’s roots with ‘Universal Monsters.’

The agenda for the City Council Workshop Meeting will include a review of the Final Proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Budget for all funds. The Special Business Meeting on the Westward Expansion, scheduled to follow the workshop, has been cancelled.
