The City of Palm Coast and Flagler County, in partnership with Mid-Florida Housing Partnership, invite residents to attend the annual Flagler–Palm Coast Housing Fair. This free community event will focus on housing education, resources, and open dialogue to help residents make informed decisions about housing. The event will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center. This year’s theme, “Faith, Freedom, & Fair Housing,” emphasizes the importance of inclusive and equitable housing opportunities for everyone.

The Housing Fair will feature interactive workshops on topics such as home financing, credit repair, and fair housing laws. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with builders, lenders, realtors, housing authorities, and nonprofit organizations. Resources will be available for rental assistance, home repairs, and homeownership programs. The event is designed for renters seeking housing support, homeowners interested in repair or financial programs, prospective homebuyers exploring ownership options, and landlords looking for compliance guidance.

One of the highlights of the day will be a Community Open Forum, where attendees can voice concerns, ask questions, and discuss housing challenges affecting our community. This forum will be held from 11:00 a.m. to noon with this year’s theme titled, “Designing the Next Chapter of Housing in Palm Coast and Flagler County.”

Vendor registration closes February 28, 2026. Space is limited, and the fee is $25.

There are also several sponsorship opportunities available. Bronze sponsorship is $250 and includes your business name and logo on the event video display. Silver sponsorship is $500 and includes the Bronze benefits plus your logo in the event program. Gold sponsorship is $750 and includes the Silver benefits plus a choice of booth location.
