The Palm Coast City Council meets regularly to discuss and vote on official City business. These meetings are open to the public, and Palm Coast residents are strongly encouraged to attend. An increase in public engagement helps to build a stronger sense of community, increase valuable discussions, and decrease division.

At its January 6, 2026, meeting, the Palm Coast City Council unanimously approved a resolution authorizing $1.545 million for a parking expansion at the Indian Trails Sports Complex. The project will add more than 120 new parking spaces to support the growing demand created by expanded youth and adult sports programs, larger sports alliance rosters, and an increase in year-round regional tournaments hosted at the facility.

All City of Palm Coast offices will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Offices will re-open on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

The City of Palm Coast is inviting residents to join a collective effort to keep our city pristine and litter-free during its latest Keep PC Clean event taking place on Saturday, April 11 from 8am to 12pm. Volunteers will meet at the Public Works Department at 1 Wellfield Grade, just off US-1, to gather necessary supplies.
