I-95 Ramp Closures at Palm Coast Parkway & Matanzas Woods Parkway

Dec. 18 Update: FDOT has informed us that this work has been postponed until some time in January 2025. 

Sharing on behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation: Nighttime Interstate 95 (I-95) ramp closures will begin as early as Tuesday, Dec. 17, at the Palm Coast Parkway and Matanzas Woods Parkway interchanges.

Nighttime Interstate 95 (I-95) ramp closures will begin as early as Tuesday, Dec. 17, at the Palm Coast Parkway and Matanzas Woods Parkway interchanges. The closures are needed for striping and wrong-way detection system testing. Please see the anticipated schedule from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) below:

  • The I-95 northbound off ramp to Palm Coast Parkway will be closed overnight from 11 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, to 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18. Detour information:
    • Motorists traveling north on I-95 wishing to access Palm Coast Parkway should take Exit 284 at State Road (S.R.) 100 (Moody Boulevard) to head east. Turn left onto Old Kings Road and continue north to Palm Coast Parkway.
  • The I-95 southbound off ramp to Palm Coast Parkway will be closed overnight from 11 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, to 5 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. Detour information:
    • Motorists traveling south on I-95 wishing to access Palm Coast Parkway should take Exit 293 at Matanzas Woods Parkway to head east, turn right onto Old Kings Road, and continue south to Palm Coast Parkway.
  • The I-95 northbound off ramp to Matanzas Woods Parkway will be closed overnight from 11 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, to 5 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 20. Detour information:
    • Motorists traveling north on I-95 wishing to access Matanzas Woods Parkway should take Exit 289 at Palm Coast Parkway to head east. Turn left on Old Kings Road and continue north to Matanzas Woods Parkway.
  • The I-95 southbound off ramp to Matanzas Woods Parkway will be closed overnight from 11 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, to 5 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 23. Detour information:
    • Motorists traveling south on I-95 wishing to access Matanzas Woods Parkway should continue south to exit at Palm Coast Parkway (Exit 289) and head east. Turn left on Old Kings Road and continue north to Matanzas Woods Parkway.
